### Do I need an account for Free?

No. Install GES Free and use its available Free features without signup or a credit card.

### Does GES include ChatGPT or Claude?

GES connects a supported AI assistant to WordPress. Assistant subscriptions and usage charges are separate.

### Does Business include Pro?

Yes. Business includes Pro features and adds supported administrative operations across up to five production sites. Install the Pro add-on alongside Free.

### Can I use my existing paid plan?

Yes. In GES, use Connect account / Verify plan, sign in with the subscription owner’s account, approve the website and return. Checkout is skipped when the existing plan covers the connection.

### How does automatic renewal work?

For automatic renewal, review the consent at checkout and select its consent box before continuing to Razorpay. Review the billing amount and renewal details before authorizing payment.
