Who we are
GES (Generative Engine Solution) is operated by Bipixels Technology Pvt. Ltd., India. In this policy, “GES”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bipixels when providing GES.
This policy covers the GES website, account and subscription services, WordPress plugins and support. A customer operating a website remains responsible for the personal information on that website and for authorizing access to it.
Information we handle
We handle information you provide when creating an account, connecting a website, purchasing a plan or contacting support. This includes account names, email addresses, authentication records and the information described below.
When a website connects to the GESWP account service, it sends:
- Website URL, site name and a unique site identifier.
- The WordPress administrator’s name or email address.
- Plan, licence and connection status.
- GES, WordPress and PHP versions.
We use these details to associate a website with the correct account, verify plan access, manage connections and help diagnose compatibility or account issues.
Our website and its infrastructure may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security events.
Website content, Jobs and audit records
Website content, GESWP Jobs and audit records are stored in the customer’s WordPress database. They are not uploaded to the GESWP account service as part of its account and plan verification.
Job proposals and verification evidence can contain existing content, proposed changes, resource identifiers and execution outcomes. Administrators should consider this when granting database access, configuring backups and deciding what information to include in a Job.
Local storage does not mean information never leaves the website. Content and tool results can be transmitted to an AI assistant you connect, as explained below. Information you choose to send us in a support request is handled separately from local plugin storage.
The website’s hosting provider and any backup services chosen by its operator also handle data under that operator’s arrangements. Disconnecting GES does not automatically delete local records, completed changes or hosting backups.
Connected AI assistants
When you authorize an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude to use GES, the assistant can request information and supported actions within the connection’s permissions and your WordPress authority. Requested content and tool results are transmitted from your website to that assistant’s service.
The assistant provider handles information under its own terms, privacy policy and account settings. GES does not determine the provider’s retention or model-training settings. Review those settings before granting access to confidential or personal information.
You can limit the permissions granted to a connection and revoke or disconnect it. Revocation stops future authorized access through that connection; it does not remove information already received by an assistant provider or undo completed website changes.
Do not include passwords, private keys, payment credentials or unnecessary personal information in prompts or support messages. See Security and control for the GES permission and review workflow.
Why we use information
- Create and authenticate accounts and provide account recovery.
- Connect websites and verify licence, subscription and plan access.
- Provide support and investigate reported problems.
- Process orders, payment confirmations and subscription changes.
- Protect accounts and services against abuse and security incidents.
- Measure website use and advertising performance where the relevant tools are enabled and an appropriate basis or consent applies.
- Maintain required business records and respond to lawful requests.
The basis for processing depends on the activity and applicable law. It may include providing a requested service, meeting legal obligations, protecting the service or your consent. A support enquiry is not permission to subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Payments and billing
Payments are processed by the payment provider offered at checkout. That provider receives information needed to process the transaction and applies its own privacy notice. We receive transaction, customer and subscription information needed to confirm payment, provide paid access, handle billing enquiries and keep business records.
If you choose Razorpay or PayPal where offered at checkout, you can review the provider’s privacy terms: Razorpay’s Privacy Policy and PayPal’s Privacy Statement.
Please do not send full card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords or payment credentials through GESWP support.
Support enquiries
When you contact us, we handle your name, email address, selected topic, website URL if supplied, message and subsequent correspondence to respond to your enquiry. Technical details you supply may include error messages, version information or a Job identifier.
Support enquiries and subsequent correspondence are handled through our support email workflow. No CRM is used. Information you submit through the contact form is processed to deliver your enquiry and respond to it.
We retain support correspondence for 12 months after the enquiry is resolved, unless it is needed longer for an ongoing issue, dispute or applicable recordkeeping requirement. Please share only the information needed to explain the issue.
Cookies, analytics and marketing
Necessary cookies and similar technologies support functions such as authentication, account security and remembering preferences. Optional analytics and marketing technologies can measure visits, interactions and advertising performance.
Where enabled, analytics and marketing tools include Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. Tag Manager manages tags; the information collected depends on the tags and events configured. Optional tools may handle device or browser identifiers, page views and interaction events.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect login and other account functions. Browser controls may not remove information already received by an analytics or advertising provider.
Service providers and embedded content
Service providers supporting hosting, email, security, analytics, advertising and payments may handle information needed for their services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to address abuse or to protect legal rights.
The website embeds demonstrations using Loom. Loading or interacting with an embedded player can send technical information, including your IP address and browser details, to the video provider. The provider may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy terms.
Third-party services may process information outside your country. Processing locations depend on the providers and services used. Contact us if you need further information about the handling of your personal information.
Retention and deletion
Customer website content, Jobs and audit records remain in the customer’s WordPress database and are managed by the website administrator. The installed version’s cleanup and uninstall behaviour determines which local records are removed. Revoking a connection or deleting a GES account should not be treated as a request that automatically erases the customer’s WordPress database.
Account, website-connection, billing and security records are retained according to their purpose and applicable recordkeeping needs. We consider whether the account or connection is active, the information needed to deliver the service, unresolved enquiries or disputes, security needs and applicable legal obligations when deciding how long to retain these records. Contact us to request deletion or information about retention for your account.
Some records may need to be retained after an account closes to handle billing, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies from backups or independent third-party services.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or raise a concern with a relevant authority. We assess requests under the applicable law and may need to verify your identity.
To make a request about information held by GES, use the privacy contact below. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive credentials in your initial message. For content and local GES records on a customer-operated website, contact that website’s administrator. For information already received by an AI assistant or payment provider, use that provider’s privacy controls or contact process.
Where processing relies on consent, withdrawing it does not invalidate processing already carried out. Removing access to information needed to deliver a requested feature may prevent that feature from working.
Protecting information
GES uses connection permissions, native WordPress capabilities, reviewed actions and saved-state verification to control supported website operations. These controls do not replace appropriate hosting security, backups, account protection or careful review of the data you authorize an assistant to access.
No internet service can guarantee complete security. If you believe information or access has been exposed, contact us with a brief description and avoid sending credentials or exploit details in the initial message.
