About these terms

GES (Generative Engine Solution) is provided by Bipixels Technology Pvt. Ltd., India. “GES”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bipixels when providing the GES website, account services, subscriptions and software.

Read these terms before using GES or purchasing a plan. Where we request agreement during account creation, connection or checkout, confirm only if you accept these terms. If you act for a business or client, you must have authority to act on its behalf. Read the plan information and the terms presented at checkout before purchasing. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Our office: Bipixels Technology Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 1651, Near Tazia Chowk, Bypass Rd, Harindanga Bazar, Pakur, Jharkhand 816107, India.

Accounts and website authority

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and keep account recovery details current. Notify us through GES Support if you suspect unauthorized use.

Connect only websites you own or are authorized to manage. Your authorization must cover the data and operations requested through GES, including work on a client’s website. A GES account or paid plan does not replace the website owner’s permission or native WordPress capabilities.

You are responsible for choosing appropriate connection permissions and for reviewing the target website, resource and proposed operation before authorizing a change.

Free, Pro and Business

GES Free provides its supported Free operations without a GES account. Paid operations require compatible installed software, verified plan access and the necessary connection permissions and WordPress authority.

Pro covers one production website and Business covers up to five production websites under the currently advertised plans. Business includes Pro features and supported administrative operations. The plan and site allowance shown in your order govern your purchase.

Keep the Free plugin active when installing the Pro add-on. Available operations depend on the installed version, target resource, editor or builder, integrations and supported adapters. A listed capability does not mean it is available for every website or connection. See Compatibility and requirements.

You may transfer a site entitlement to a replacement website within your plan’s site allowance after disconnecting the previous website. Contact support if a transfer cannot be completed through the available account controls. Each paid production website includes one associated staging or development connection at no additional charge. This connection is for testing the same website and does not cover a separate production website. Managing a client website requires the client’s authorization. The purchasing account remains responsible for its subscription and authorized connections. Contact support if you need help transferring a site entitlement or associating a staging website.

Payments and renewal

The price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes and total charge must be shown before you authorize payment. Current paid plans are advertised with annual billing. AI-assistant accounts and usage charges are separate from GES.

Payments are handled through the provider offered at checkout. Paid access is connected after verified provider confirmation; a redirect or an assistant’s message is not proof that payment or activation succeeded.

Automatic renewal requires your separate, explicit authorization at checkout; any consent box must be unchecked by default. Creating an account does not authorize recurring charges. Review the amount and renewal conditions before continuing to the payment provider.

Automatic renewal applies only where expressly authorized at checkout. Your confirmed order and account identify the billing period and renewal arrangements. We provide renewal notices required by applicable law or the agreed purchase terms. Any optional reminder is supplementary. We notify you of changes to renewal pricing before they take effect, with any notice and cancellation opportunity required by law.

Any upgrade, downgrade or billing-period change requires confirmation of the applicable charge, site allowance and effective date before it takes effect. Do not assume a requested plan change is complete until confirmed. Changes do not retroactively reduce access already purchased.

Cancellation and expiry

Request cancellation of automatic renewal through GES Support or support@generativeenginesolution.com. You may also use a cancellation control where available in your account or payment provider. You do not need to give a reason or arrange a call. Include your account email and subscription reference so we can identify the subscription. We may request proportionate information to verify your authority; do not send payment credentials.

Send a support cancellation request before the scheduled renewal so it can be identified and processed. We confirm the cancellation and paid-through date. We do not require a notice period that overrides applicable law. If a request identifying the subscription reaches us before renewal but we process it late, we correct any resulting renewal charge. Unless a refund ends the entitlement earlier, paid access continues for the period already paid for. If a charge is processed after an effective cancellation, contact us so we can investigate and correct it. Cancelling a payment mandate is separate from requesting a refund.

At expiry, your existing website content, settings and previously completed work remain unchanged. GES Free continues to provide its supported Free features. New paid operations, protected paid downloads, paid feature updates and paid support require an active entitlement. Existing local Job and audit records remain accessible under the normal WordPress permissions.

Paid operations require a valid entitlement and may be unavailable when entitlement cannot be verified. Reconnection or reactivation requires successful verification. If an operation’s outcome is uncertain, inspect its Job record and saved website state before retrying; repeating a write may duplicate its effects.

If a renewal payment fails or is not received, paid access may end when the paid period expires. No additional payment grace period is guaranteed unless confirmed in your order or account, or required by law. Any temporary verification cache or discretionary extension does not create a continuing entitlement beyond its stated duration.

Cancellation, a refund, disconnecting a website and deleting an account are different actions. None of these actions automatically deletes website content or local Job and audit records from the customer’s WordPress database.

Refunds

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid purchase. You do not have to complete troubleshooting first. Downloading the Pro ZIP or trying paid features does not remove this refund eligibility.

If an annual automatic renewal was accidental, request a full refund within 7 calendar days of that renewal charge.

We correct duplicate or incorrect charges and refund any excess amount charged. If paid access cannot be delivered, we will resolve the issue promptly or refund the affected purchase.

Outside these refund windows, ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not normally produce a prorated refund. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Request a refund through GES Support or support@generativeenginesolution.com, with the account email and transaction reference if available. We may verify the request against the purchase record. Approved refunds are processed without undue delay and within any period required by applicable law, normally to the original payment method. Provider and bank settlement times may vary; we do not guarantee a bank credit date.

A full refund returns the full amount charged for the refunded purchase without deducting our payment-processing fees. It cancels the associated renewal and ends the refunded paid entitlement. Existing website work and local records are preserved.

AI-assisted changes and your responsibilities

GES connects supported AI assistants to bounded WordPress operations. It inspects relevant state, prepares supported proposals and checks the required authority before applying an approved action. Review the exact target and proposal, including content, links, publication state and possible side effects.

  • Maintain suitable backups and recovery access. Test consequential changes on staging where practical.
  • Grant only the access needed for the intended work.
  • Check AI-generated text and recommendations for accuracy, appropriateness and rights to use them.
  • Inspect the saved state and public appearance where relevant. Verification of stored data is not a complete visual or business-quality review.
  • If an outcome is uncertain, inspect the resource and Job evidence before retrying. A repeated operation can duplicate work or side effects.

Some operations can publish content, send messages, change software or access, or delete information. Not every operation or side effect can be reversed. Approval does not bypass WordPress authority, connection permissions, plan requirements or live-state checks.

GES does not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic, revenue, compatibility with every plugin or builder, or that an AI assistant will make correct recommendations. See Security and control for the workflow and its limits.

GES is a tool for supported website operations and does not replace professional security, legal, financial or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your website’s decisions, publications and third-party obligations. This allocation of responsibilities does not excuse GES from its own legal obligations or responsibility for defects in its service.

Acceptable use

Use GES lawfully and within your authority. Do not use the service to access websites or data without permission, distribute malicious content, commit fraud, infringe third-party rights or expose another person’s credentials or confidential information.

Do not attempt to defeat account-service security, payment verification, connection restrictions or approval controls, or disrupt the availability of our services. These service-use rules do not remove rights granted by an applicable open-source software licence.

Software licensing and content ownership

You retain your rights in the content and other materials you provide or manage. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for material you ask GES or an assistant to access, modify or publish. Do not assume AI-generated material is exclusive or free of third-party rights.

Plugin code and bundled components are governed by the licences supplied with their packages. Applicable open-source licence rights remain in force. Account services, paid downloads, update access and support are separate entitlements governed by the applicable plan and these terms; a site allowance does not rewrite an open-source licence.

GES names, branding and website materials remain subject to their respective ownership and applicable law. Third-party names identify integrations and do not imply endorsement.

Compatibility, updates and support

GES depends on the customer’s WordPress installation, hosting, supported adapters, background processing and connected third-party services. These dependencies may affect which operations are available. Follow the requirements and upgrade instructions for your installed release.

Contact support through the GES contact form or support@generativeenginesolution.com. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment credentials or private website content.

Free support includes documentation, bug reporting and connection guidance as capacity allows. Pro email support covers installation, connecting an assistant, licensing and supported GES operations. Business includes the same scope with priority triage across its covered websites.

Ordinary technical support is provided on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding notified holidays. Response and resolution times depend on severity, available information and investigation. No fixed response time, resolution time, 24-hour coverage or service-level agreement is included unless expressly agreed in writing. Mandatory complaint-handling deadlines remain applicable.

Support does not include custom development, full website copywriting, unrelated hosting problems or repairs to third-party products. Any separate agency or development work requires an agreed scope and price.

An active paid entitlement provides eligible paid downloads, feature updates and support for the purchased plan. No specific uptime guarantee is included unless separately agreed in writing.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict account-service access where reasonably necessary to address unauthorized access, abuse, payment issues or a material breach of the service terms, subject to applicable law and any required notice. Restriction of account services does not revoke rights independently granted by an open-source licence.

We may take immediate, proportionate action where needed to address an urgent security risk, unlawful activity or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve a remediable breach. Suspension does not itself delete customer website content or local records. If we permanently discontinue a prepaid service for reasons other than your material breach, we provide an appropriate remedy for the unused service, subject to applicable law.

Information handling after closure is governed by the Privacy Policy, applicable retention requirements and the actual local plugin configuration.

Liability and mandatory rights

AI recommendations and automated operations can have consequences for a website. The responsibilities described above do not remove obligations or remedies that applicable law places on GES.

Except for the commitments expressly stated in your purchase terms and any guarantees required by law, we do not promise that GES will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Availability can be affected by the website environment and third-party services. Responsibility for a loss depends on the applicable law and the circumstances; these terms do not make GES responsible for every third-party failure or every consequence of a customer’s independent decision.

Nothing in these terms is intended to override mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

Questions, disputes and changes

For a service, account or billing concern, contact GES Support. For a formal complaint, write to Asmaul Hoque, Privacy & Grievance Contact, at support@generativeenginesolution.com or the office address above. Include the relevant account or order reference and the remedy requested. Do not send credentials or unnecessary personal information. We acknowledge and handle complaints within the periods required by applicable law. Contacting us does not prevent you from using a competent court, consumer commission, regulator or other remedy available by law.

We communicate material changes to these terms with the notice and acceptance required by applicable law. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date and do not remove rights already accrued or retroactively reduce the service purchased for an existing paid period without a lawful basis and any required agreement or remedy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought before a court or other authority with jurisdiction under applicable law. These terms do not require you to give up a legally available consumer forum. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
